Youth Football grades 7-8th (Sept 2009)
Peewee Cheering grades 3-6 (Sept 2009)
Youth Cheering 7-8 (Sept 2009)
$100.00 registration fee due with registration and waiver form
(registration fee increases to $125.00 after June 1, 2009)
Medical Release form due with Physicians approval & signature
New Participants send a COPY of Birth Certificate

REFUND POLICY
100% refund will be processed if requested by August 1st.
50% refund will be processed if requested after August 1st, but before player participation in his/her first game.No refund will be processed after a player has participated in his/her first game.
